I just move here 2 month ago so far I like living here. Don’t know how it is in the winter but I had mix reviews from the tenants. Some said they like living here a have good heat. Others said it a terrible place and heat is not good. So I will see what it like living here in the winter.

This pool used to be nice. The last couple of years it really has gone downhill. The prices are outrageous for what they offer. First up the pool is filthy all the time the last couple of years that we have been going its beyond dirty it's like the filter doesn’t work. I was just there last week and the music was so loud. I felt like I was in a club. I don’t mind people listening to their music, but I shouldn’t be subject to listen to their music. I asked the pool attendant if they could ask them to lower it, and the girl told me that I can’t tell them that they can’t listen to their music. That was the answer from the girl. I didn’t ask her to have them shut it off. I just asked them if they could lower it so they could only hear their music not the whole entire pool. And last the girls walk around with practically with no clothes on. A piece of string for the bottom with their boobs, hanging out of their top. I just don’t get it. I guess people don’t have respect for themselves. Bottom line not a good place to have a pool day

One of the reasons I helped my mother get into this building was the ‘24 hour package delivery service’ this place touts on all of their rental posts. FALSE. The security guards they hire are the laziest men I’ve ever come across. I order a monthly meat delivery subscription for my mother and the guards just let it sit outside thawing because they can’t be bothered to get off their lazy behinds. Instead they let my 77-year old mother carry the heavy packages because they just don’t care. Unfortunately, I don’t live locally to help her out myself because I would LOVE to give some of these guards a piece of my mind, because they only treat people who can’t stand up for themselves this way. The property manager, Victor, never responds to maintenance requests - My mother has had a hole in the back of her closet for the past two years with no response to her requests. Her balcony has had a peeling floor which looks disgusting since she moved in with no action from the property manager (by the way what respectable maintenance person would PAINT a balcony floor??). Do not believe the benefits Belshire Manor claim to provide because it’s just not true.

I've lived here for 15 years and never had any issues. I love that there is a pool which we'er at every day during the summer. It does get crowded so we do have to get there early. The apartment is great. The balcony and view of bayside is one of our favorite things. So great to be out there in the spring! The super Victor is very plesant and I've never had any issues with him. My wife and I would strongly recommend living here! Come see us in 16-66, 5th floor. We're not moving out anytime soon

It has been six months since I moved to this apartment... This apartment is too dirty... The apartment hallway isn't even cleared, and the trash is left outside the hallway every day... It seems like they live in the freezer because the apartment doesn't produce heating. The laundromat doesn't have machines working. There are six drie machines, but there aren't three, so I always get angry every time I do laundry... Even when I do laundry, strange oil comes out of the machine, making it even hotter. When someone says something super, I just don't know... I live without opening the windows because I smoked mariana on the apartment stairs and outside, which makes it smell a lot. The refrigerator is also an old item and too small. In a word, this apartment is a mess. And how cold the house is, ice formed and mold grew because of the humidity.
